Checkin 1 Pick-up-Point

You can find us on Checkin 1, right at the meeting point, in the middle of the hall.

Checkin 2 Pick-up-Point

You can find us on Checkin 2, right at the meeting point, in the middle of the hall.

You will find us right at the beginning from checkin 3, close to the Ochsner store and the Parking House 3.

Transit

If you are in transit, you can find us right beside the transfer desk at the beginning of Gates A.

Services

We offer mobility-impaired and disabled persons the assistance service in accordance with the provisions of the EU regulations. If you require an assistance service at Zurich Airport, you must register this with the airline or your tour operator when booking your flight or at least 48 hours before departure.

At the same time, please inform them of the degree to which you are restricted in your freedom of movement. The early registration serves the timely forwarding of the information to the support service. It is not possible to book directly with us. Our service is of course free of charge and available during the opening hours of Zurich Airport.

In accordance with the Code Of Conduct for Ground Services for persons with disability and/ or reduced mobility, of the European Civil Aviation Conference, specific codes are being used in aviation to define the kind of service that should be offered to passengers with disability and/ or reduced mobility when travelling by air.

Goldair AAS Assistance AG was founded on 7 October 2019 and is a joint venture with the Greek company Goldair Handling S.A. and the Swiss company Airline Assistance Switzerland AG. Goldair AAS Assistance AG has been offering services for mobility-impaired and disabled persons at Zurich Airport since 1 January 2020

  • Goldair Handling S.A

Goldair Handling S.A. is a Greek private provider of ground handling services, offering passenger, ramp, aircraft and cargo services, among others. The company was founded in 1992.Goldair Handling's shareholders are the Goldair Group of Companies (51%) and Ground Dynamic Partners (49%).The company also offers airline representation, flight monitoring, crew services, PRM assistance services, VIP, executive aviation and airport lounge and consulting services. Currently, the company provides its ground handling services at 31 airports in three countries (Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria).

  • Airline Assistance Switzerland AG (AAS)

Airline Assistance Switzerland AG was founded on October 27, 2003 as "Hahn Air Schweiz AG" and received a self-handling authorization from Zurich Airport in the same year.

In the summer of 2004, "Hahn Air Schweiz AG" applied for a third-party handling authorization in the non-restricted area and was granted this by Flughafen Zürich AG as of January 1, 2005.

As of July 1, 2005, the company also applied for and received a third-party handling authorization in the restricted area for baggage handling and apron services.

On February 5, 2008, the company was sold to a group of investors. After the change of ownership, the name was changed to "Airline Assistance Switzerland AG" and the share capital was increased accordingly. Since January 1, 2020, AAS also performs ground handling services at Vienna Airport.
